It supervises the definition of commercial regulations and pricing policies and verifies the analysis of demand and the monitoring of target markets. It is responsible for the planning, implementation and control of assistance, information and complaint management services and the definition of relevant service standards and criteria. It oversees relations with organisations, institutions and associations. In addition, it monitors the performance of the transport service and oversees international traffic by ensuring its development and the related sales process.

Based on knowledge of rail operators and competing national and international sectors, it identifies and sets up new market opportunities (local, national and international) and business partnerships.

Capacity allocation and relations with railway companies

It ensures the planning, scheduling and sale of infrastructure services and manages business relations with railway companies.
