Training

Continuous learning is at the heart of how we look after our people.

New colleagues joining the Group are given training on integrated content:

  • company culture: to get to know the Group, its strategies, organisation and the fundamentals of the various businesses;
  • soft skills: workshops, learning experience laboratories to hone the organisational behaviour and soft skills that are crucial for professional excellence;
  • professional know-how: to acquire the specialised know-how of our areas of work, to deepen it, to specialise and become a benchmark in technical expertise.

Training paths for high school graduates

The ability to carry out railway operations with professionalism and safety in every sector requires special technical and operational skills. With our enabling system you will take part in content-rich training courses led by excellent lecturers and always under the supervision of a tutor.

Approximately 150 paid hours per year are envisaged for the training of the following positions:

  • Station Manager
  • Train Driver
  • Train manager
  • Technical manager
  • Maintenance Expert (for railway infrastructure)
  • Specialist traffic operator
  • Maintenance Expert (for rolling stock)
